Multi leg slings commonly known as bridles can be made in a variety of ways. Typically they are either 2, 3 or 4 leg bridles but can have up to 6 legs for lifting things such as rescue boats or tenders from ships. Multi leg bridles are always custom made to suit the particular load and can often have differing leg lengths so that the load is balanced when lifted.
Multi leg bridles are typically made using flat slings, but can also be made using round-slings with a variety of end fittings and head-rings to suit the job.
All USC multi-leg lifting bridles are made on our WA premises to AS1353.1 or AS4497 individually tested and supplied with NATA certificates.
Synthetic slings are ideal for lifting fragile loads and are flexible and easy to handle.
